What's the role?

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in business-led application delivery and enterprise-wide implementations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, driving outcomes across business units and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading vendor tool/app implementations simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Delivering enterprise-wide projects with significant stakeholder engagement.
  • Managing business analyst teams to redesign business processes.
  • Working with the Technology PM and teams to support technical and business processes alignment.
  • Overseeing project scope, governance, and risk & issue management.
  • Operating in Agile or Waterfall environments, depending on project needs.
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
  • Mentoring team members and driving key decisions to ensure successful outcomes.

This is not a technical PM role – we're looking for someone who brings business delivery experience.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end business project management, delivering projects valued up to $20 million per year.
  • Proven experience managing projects to configure and implement enterprise -wide user-facing vendor platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Planview, ServiceNow), and to align or reengineering business processes.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Strong understanding of Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS) and Frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.
