We currently have a busy and rewarding role available for an experienced administrator to join our team supporting the Aquinas myFuture and Vocational Education and Training (VET) offerings.

This role will coordinate, plan and monitor the VET Offsite Programs offered by the College to ensure external stakeholders provide students with quality learning opportunities, and will work with the Director of Aquinas myFuture in the reporting of student progress.

This is a permanent, part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity to commence in Term

The successful applications will have:

  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of current VET courses and applicable regulation and experience in working with RTOs and curriculum regulatory bodies will be highly regarded.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check card and National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
  • Willingness to undertake Mandatory Reporting and other relevant training.
  • A strong understanding of and ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality requirements of the role.
  • Demonstrate active support for the Edmund Rice charism, Edmund Rice schooling, Catholic.
