A Full-Time opportunity is available should it be mutually beneficial for both theCandidate and the Kitchen Team.

Key qualifications and attributes:

• Experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to solve problems and seek guidance where necessary.
• Clear communication skills with a high level of organisation.
• Uncompromising approach to product & service delivery – a great hands-on serviceethic.
• Exceptional capabilities in quality and consistency of product delivery.
• Experience in operating multiple obligations for several service points.
• Supporting Head Chef with day-to-day operations of the Kitchen and assist in theircolleagues' absence(s).
• Capable of working cohesively and autonomously within a team.
• Must have flexible availability to suit prep, lunch & dinner services across 7 days ofoperations in conjunction with our Hotel's Operating Hours.

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is desirable

Demonstrated leadership and previous experience (although preferrable, it is not amandatory requirement)
