We are looking for an experienced Deal Costings Clerk/ Admin assistantat our Leongatha Toyota, Ford and Kia site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal costing, gross profit, and commission calculations
  • Manufacturer and Vic Roads compliance-checking
  • Processing EFT payments
  • Daily cash and eftpos banking reconciliations
  • Stocking and managing vehicle inventory
  • Processing Vic Roads vehicle registrations and transfers
  • Providing support to senior Stock Control
  • Data entry and end-of-month ledger reconciliations
  • Assisting the Financial Controller with adhoc items
  • Interacting with department managers and all staff
  • Senior Stock Control relief at our additional site

About You

  • Previous experience in administration and/ automotive industry is essential
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with VicRoads systems (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
