The role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tiler to join our dynamic team at OneCrew'. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality tiles in residential homes throughout Brisbane QLD 4000. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the success of our growing company.

Key responsibilities

  1. Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, levelling, and applying a suitable substrate
  2. Accurately measure, cut, and install a variety of tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone
  3. Ensure all tiling work meets industry standards and customer specifications
  4. Collaborate with other tradespeople and working alone to coordinate the completion of projects
  5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Tiler, with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on work in the building trades industry
  2. Strong knowledge of tiling materials, techniques, and industry best practices
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges on the job
  5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Good physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  7. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
