Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of our hospitality team, ensuring high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere across our courtyard, bars, and event spaces.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in line with RSA requirements
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
  • Assist with setting up and packing down tables as required
  • Assist in Events (when required)
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards

About You

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications are mandatory
  • Police Background Check
