Full-time Cooks Required

We are looking for full-time cooks to join our team.

Successful applicants are expected to assist the company's business revenue growth through the delivery of authentic Asian cuisines.

Duties will include:

· To prepare raw materials and cook required dishes;

· To steam, stir-fry, deep fry food ingredients and assemble them to meet customer's culinary orders;

· To deliver orders to the highest quality and efficiently in the shortest amount of time;

· To prepare bulk meat, vegetables, rice and soup to stock fridge in preparation for busy high demand trading times;

· To train kitchen staff in dumpling-making and hot meal serving skills;

· To check stock level regularly and place orders to suppliers;

· To maintain cooking facilities and supervision of kitchen hands;

· Adhering to the food and safety hygiene guidelines of the Health Department of WA.

Salary: $77,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Skills and Experience:

· AQF Certificate III in Cookery or at least two years of relevant Asian restaurant work experience

· Good team work spirit

· Ability can speak Mandarin preferred

· Asian cultural background preferred
