Synergie Australia Townsville is seeking three Multi System Operators for a waste and recycling operations role located in Townsville.


The important parts:

  • Early 4:45 am starts, 38-hour week
  • $40.25/hr + penalties
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity

What you will be required to do:

This is a hands-on role operating collection vehicles and equipment, transporting loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities, and conducting essential maintenance checks.

  • Operate collection vehicles and equipment
  • Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
  • Complete daily pre-start and maintenance checks
  • Safely load and unload trucks
  • Interact with clients professionally

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Hold an unrestricted HR Licence (minimum) – HR B-Syncro accepted
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and reliability
  • Have mechanical aptitude
  • Show good customer service skills
  • Commit to safe working practices
  • Have working rights in Australia
  • Have access to reliable transport
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
