About the Role

As the Full-Time Store Manager , you will be the driving force behind the success of our Bondi Junction boutique. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a French-inspired fashion environment while contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation

  • Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.

  • Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Community Engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.

  • Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.

Brand Ambassadorship

  • Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.

  • Actively promote the boutique within the local community.

Customer Building

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalized service.

  • Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
