Job Responsibilities:

As a Gardener at TopScape, your main responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and enhancing both residential and commercial gardens

- Planting, watering, and nurturing plants, flowers, and trees

- Pruning, weeding, and mulching

garden beds for optimal growth

- Operating gardening equipment and machinery safely and effectively

- Assisting with landscape design and installation projects

-Lawn mowing, care and maintenance

- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a professional appearance

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with the ability to tow

- Previous gardening experience is preferred but not essential; we are willing to train the right individual

- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

-Be located in Melbourne, VIC

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

- Physically fit and capable of handling outdoor work in various weather conditions
