Receptionist

About the role

We're seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Bodyline adult massage center in Yarraville, VIC In this casual position, on a rotating roster involving days and nights being 4 days work and 4 days off. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience while handling a variety of administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to our establishment
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
• Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
• cash handling and EFTPOS transactions
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential

• Time Keeping

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
• Candidates must have Australian work rights
