Calling all Chefs & Kitchen Hands - CDP & Commis Roles Available.

Are you a passionate chef looking to cook at the heart of some of QLD's biggest events?

The Gema Group is hiring skilled and enthusiastic chefs to join our casual stadium culinary teams at CBUS Super Stadium Robina From large-scale game days and concerts to VIP functions and corporate dining, no two shifts are the same.

We're after chefs who thrive in fast-paced kitchens, take pride in their craft and love being part of a fun, professional, high-performing team.

Chef de Partie (CDP)

- Manage your own section with skill and confidence

- Maintain prep levels, plating standards and service timing

- Work closely with the wider team during high-volume service

Commis Chefs

- Assist with prep and support senior chefs across all sections

- Develop your skills in a dynamic, large-scale kitchen

- Keep your area clean, organised and service-ready

Kitchen Hands

- Assist with prep and support the wider kitchen team

- Proficient & effective use of Industrial Dishwashers

- Kitchen cleaning

What You'll Need:

- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications (Cert III or higher)

- A valid food safety supervisor certificate

- Proven experience in a commercial or high-volume kitchen

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety

- Availability across weeknights, weekends, and major events is required

- Availability for mid-week prep shift availability is highly desired
