Join a well established commercial joinery with an envied reputation for quality and service. 4Site Commercial is a market leader in the Canberra region, providing innovative, intelligent fitted joinery solutions to detailed fitout and commercial projects across the ACT.  We are currently seeking experienced detailed cabinet makers who are looking for a challenge, are ready to lead and mentor others and are looking for an opportunity to shine and develop their career.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Operation of tools, plant and equipment relevant to the manufacture of detailed joinery items for high end fitout projects
  • Apply advanced trade skills and experience to manufacture detailed joinery items and architectural elements for high end fitout projects
  • Apply advanced trade skills to install and commission detailed joinery items on site
  • Interpret shop drawings and collaborate with design team and site representation
  • Engage with team leaders to understand production targets
  • Follow 4Site manufacturing practices to achieve production goals
  • Problem solve and communicate with production and site teams
  • Lead apprentices and provide mentorship
  • Have a professional attitude and a sound work ethic

Qualifications and Experience

  • Trade qualified Cabinet Maker
  • Advanced knowledge and experience manufacturing and installing detailed joinery
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to read & interpret drawings
  • Ability to prioritise under pressure
