Join a respected property development group with a strong track record of delivering quality apartment projects across Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager with a passion for acquisitions, feasibilities, and driving the early stages of development.

You'll take a leading role in shaping the pipeline - from identifying and securing new opportunities, running detailed feasibilities, and coordinating planning approvals, through to ensuring projects are well-positioned for successful delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have a direct impact on the business's growth and future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead feasibility studies, financial modelling, and acquisition due diligence
  • Manage front-end phases including site analysis, design briefs, and planning approvals
  • Engage and coordinate consultant teams to meet project objectives
  • Prepare Board papers and investment recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Oversee budgets, programs, and risk management through early stages
  • Maintain involvement through delivery to ensure alignment with project strategy

About You:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in property development, ideally across apartments or mixed-use
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for acquisitions and early-stage strategy
  • Tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline preferred
  • Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing consultants and stakeholders
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
