The Location

Rosebrook, a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. It's a beautiful home with a great team and General Manager.

The Job

  • To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care, assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
  • Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
  • Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
  • Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
  • Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

Monday to Sunday AM and PM shifts. 

Monday and Wednesday Night Shifts

Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and possibly complete a NDIS Worker Screen.

Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialised teams who care deeply about our residents' individual needs. Together with residents, healthcare partners and families, our teams deliver best practice care with the highest standards of safety, clinical practice and governance.
