You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing high-quality meals for guests, functions, and events
  • Creating menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and local produce
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen
  • Managing stock, ordering, and food safety compliance
  • Working independently as well as part of a small supportive team
