Position: Retail Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: Tatts Lotto Kiosk – Rosebud Plaza

About the Role

As a Tatts Lotto Retail Assistant, you will:

  • Provide exceptional service and assist customers with all Tatts Lotto products and retail sales
  • Operate the Tatts terminal accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions responsibly
  • Maintain kiosk presentation, stock levels, and compliance with Tatts regulations
  • Follow strict security and responsible gaming procedures
  • Work independently in managing peak hours

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Is reliable, honest, and detail-oriented
  • Can work independently and as part of a small team
  • Is available for a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Has strong numeracy and accuracy in cash handling

Qualifications, Certifications & Training

To work as a Tatts Lotto Retail Assistant, the following are required or advantageous:

  • Minimum age: 18 years (required by law for Tatts Lotto operators)
  • Police Check (National Police Certificate) – required before commencement
  • Tatts Lotto Accreditation – training provided prior to starting
  • Responsible Gambling (RG) Certification – provided as part of Tatts training
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

Full training will be provided for successful applicants, including Lotto terminal operations, compliance, and responsible gaming procedures.
