About Us

Welcome to Amazing Dental — a growing, future-focused dental practice in Nowra, NSW. We're not just another clinic; we're building something exciting. Our four-chair practice is moving toward a microscope-first, whole-body dental model, setting new standards in patient care and clinical excellence.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a multi-skilled all-rounder who thrives on variety and teamwork. This is a dual role split across reception and chairside assisting, offering you the best of both worlds.

Some days you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for every patient. Other days, you'll be the clinical ninja helping our practitioners deliver exceptional care. No two days are exactly the same — and that's the fun of it.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional front-of-house service, including patient communication, scheduling, and payments

• Support clinical staff chairside during procedures with efficiency and care

• Maintain a high standard of infection control and room setup

• Coordinate patient flow to keep the day running smoothly

• Contribute positively to our collaborative, forward-thinking team culture

About You

You're a people-person with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. You enjoy variety and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves wherever needed. Ideally, you'll bring experience in both reception and dental assisting — but if you're strong in one area and eager to grow in the other, we're happy to train the right person.

You'll bring:

• Dental assisting or reception experience (preferably both)

• A warm, professional manner with patients

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A team-first mindset and willingness to adapt

• Current relevant qualifications and the right to work in Australia

Why Join Us?

• 4-day work week — more balance, less burnout

• Be part of an innovative, microscope-first dental practice

• A role with genuine variety and opportunities to grow

• Supportive, tight-knit team that values your contribution

• Ongoing training in progressive clinical protocols
