Café All-Rounder – Baby J's Café (Werribee, VIC) ​Hours: Wednesday–Sunday | 11am–11pm Job Type: Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible hours available, seeking availability for afternoon/closing shifts) ​About Us Since 2018, Baby J's has been serving up good vibes, great food, and desserts that make people smile. We're a family-owned café in Werribee known for our warm service and fun, creative menu — from donuts and churros to sandwiches and fried chicken. We are passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our customers and our team. ​We're looking for a friendly and reliable Café All-Rounder to join our close-knit team. If you're confident across coffee, kitchen duties, and customer service, we'd love to meet you ​What You'll Do: ​Craft quality coffee, specialty lattes, and other hot & cold beverages. ​Prepare and serve our delicious menu items, including donuts, churros, sandwiches, and desserts. ​Welcome customers, take orders, and process payments using our POS system (Square experience is a plus). ​Maintain the highest standards of café cleanliness, presentation, and food safety. ​Assist with basic food preparation, restocking supplies, and opening/closing procedures. ​Work effectively both independently and as a supportive member of a small team. ​What We're Looking For: ​Previous experience in a hospitality or café environment is highly regarded (barista and basic cooking skills are preferred). ​A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. ​A reliable and punctual team player who is willing to help out wherever needed. ​Availability to work a flexible roster from Wednesday to Sunday, with a preference for afternoon and evening shifts. ​Someone who enjoys the energy of a small, family-run business. ​What We Offer: ​Competitive, above-award pay based on your experience. ​Free coffee and delicious dessert tastings while on shift. ​A supportive, positive, and family-style work environment. ​Opportunities for ongoing training and growth within the business.
