Placard is Australia's leading manufacturer of secure cards, servicing government, financial, transport and retail sectors.

We are currently looking for an experienced Prepress Operator with a high level of attention to detail and a process driven approach.

The Role

You will be working alongside a passionate Prepress team with a wide range of skills and experience within the smartcard industry. An ever-evolving portfolio of customers ensures your day-to-day is varied between design work, client interactions, alterations and job preparation on everything from gift cards to technical secure licences. You'll work closely with the offset, silk screen, and digital print teams ensure the highest level of quality and scheme compliance is delivered.

Qualifications

Prior experience with secure ID design and financial card requirements is an advantage, but not necessary. Design experience using the Adobe Creative suite is a must, as well as being able to demonstrate a background in artwork-to-print workflow for multi-colour offset printing.
