THIS ROLE / LOCATION

We are seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisors who are passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Full Time positions available

Location: Brisbane International Airport

Training across multiple sites

Roster: Must be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings until 1:00 am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)

• Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm
• Make barista-quality coffee
• Follow ELRA policies, guidelines, and procedures at all times

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the café/restaurant industry
• Barista skills – able to make high-quality coffee consistently
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
• Cash handling skills with accuracy and efficiency
• Supervising skills – able to train, lead, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for great guest service
• Keen focus on processes, compliance, and ensuring quality every time
• Must have own reliable transport
• Ability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, early mornings, and late nights
