About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day.

You'll provide day-to-day support to our Managing Director and oversee a range of office and facilities functions to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Prepare and format Board presentations, reports, and draft correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements – flights, accommodation, and vehicles.
  • Manage facilities and office services, engaging with external vendors for copier, IT, telecommunications, and access systems.
  • IT support contact – provide support via remote consultant – manage access, coordinate equipment purchasing and setup and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Conduct office inductions for new team members.
  • Oversee the receptionist and assist with general office coordination.
  • Maintain, format, and distribute company documents and templates for consistency and professionalism.
  • Undertaking special projects & event planning and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Confident supporting a hands-on, fast-moving Managing Director one on one.
  • Able to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a "can-do" attitude.
