THE ROLE

Sculptd is seeking a passionate and skilled Skin & Body Therapist to join our growing team. This role will initially start on full-time hours (38 hours per week) on a casual contract, with the view to transition into a permanent full-time contract upon probation review. This allows us to ensure the right fit for both you and the team, while giving you the opportunity to grow into the role with support.

• Hours: Full-Time (38 hours) – Monday to Saturday (Closed Sundays), with one weekday off each week. Must be available to work both Monday and Saturday.
• Location: Inglewood, Perth, WA

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Our ideal candidate is someone who is client-focused, technically skilled, and eager to grow with a progressive brand. You should have a strong understanding of skin and body treatments, as well as a desire to continue learning as new technologies are introduced.

You'll need to bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry
• A qualification in Beauty Therapy (Diploma or Cert IV), or Dermal Science
• Confidence in conducting consultations and creating customised treatment plans
• A strong focus on client care and education
• A positive, can-do attitude and team-first mindset
• Immaculate personal presentation and exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Reliability and professionalism

Experience in the following treatments is preferred (but not essential):

• HIFU (Ultraformer III)
• Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis)
• RF Microneedling
• IPL
• Skin Consultations
• Body Contouring Technologies
• Skin Tightening Treatments
