About us

Patritti are a proud family business, established in 1926. Located in Dover Gardens, we are the last remaining fully operational winery in suburban Adelaide. Patritti package in excess of 300,000 cases of wine and juice products for our domestic and export markets as well as supplying contract services to a number of third party wine and beverage companies.   We have a position available for a Production Worker based at our Dover Gardens winery. This is a casual role. working Day shift various days Mon – Fri from 8.30am - end of production shift.

About the Role

The Production worker is required to work within the bottling hall on both end of the production line handling empty bottles, and carton stock regularly up to 18kg for the whole shift.

The Production worker role reports to the Production Manager.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Has a safety first attitude towards people & products
  • Ability to follow procedures and work to improve internal processes
  • Ability to prioritise tasks within the scope of the role
  • Strong commitment to Work Health & Safety and Food Safety
  • Able to cope with the physicality of handling up to 18kg cartons continuously.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • On the Job training provided
  • Forklift licence preferred, but not essential. Willing to obtain a forklift licence advantageous.
  • Experience in working within a production/ packaging/ food environment preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work within a team, or unsupervised as required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly developed problem solving skills;
  • A genuine desire to produce high quality results;
