About the Role

Bryan Industries Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Boilermaker to join our team in Paget, Queensland. With several long-term projects secured, this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team delivering high-quality fabrication work. These are full-time positions, day shifts, and overtime opportunities for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project and safety standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Assist in continuous improvement of workshop processes

What We're Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Boilermakers with proven experience in structural fabrication
• Relevant Tickets and licences: Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, and Overhead Crane are advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Reliable and safety-conscious individuals who take pride in their work
