Bowls Club Bistro Supervisor

Club Helensvale is seeking an experienced Supervisor to work in our busy club Bistro area. This is a fulltime opportunity, so the candidate will need FULL availability to work a rotating roster, which includes mornings, nights and weekends.

Position Overview

An important role for our business. The position will be responsible for guiding and mentoring team members, problem solving issues that arise and leading the F&B team to provide exceptional customer service. It is also a role that has the potential to train staff and review operational policy and procedures.

The Bistro Supervisor will be the first contact for any customer constructive feedback and where confident, provide a suitable outcome.

The main focus for this position is to provide guidance and direction to staff, so the Bistro is operating efficiently, and time is being utilised appropriately.

What you will need

• Statement Of Attainment - Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Food Handling/Safety Certificate (or prepared to obtain one)
• Customer service experience
• Sound understanding of Bistro/Restaurant service operations

Additional requirements.

• Professional appearance, and vibrant personality
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, rotating over seven days
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same type of position
