About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Horsham, you'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day to day
 

A typical day will involve:

  • Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
  • Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
  • Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
  • Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
  • Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely

We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
  • Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
  • Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
  • Is open to working various shifts, including weekends
  • Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
