About Our Client
Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
What Will You Be Doing
In this role you will become a part of a busy mine as a Multi Skilled Operator. You will be operating a CAT 785 or above within a coal mining setting as well as other associated equipment such as Dozer D10/D11, Grader 16/24 or Excavator 3600/5600. You will be working a 7/7 roster. Roles are available for Residential and DIDO Operators. DIDO roles will have Camp Supplied.
What You Will Need
- Previous mining experience operating dump trucks with a minimum skill of CAT 785 + two other skills such as Truck + Dozer + Grader or Excavator.
- You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical within last 2 years or be willing to attain this.
- SSE signed skills list, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
- The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment prior to commencement
