Position Descriptor:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled educator to join our team at Reynella Primary School, teaching a Reception class with students who present with complex behaviours, including trauma and additional needs. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment that supports diverse developmental, academic and social-emotional needs. Experience in implementing a high-quality literacy program aligned with the Department for Education's Literacy Scope and Sequence (R-2) and apply Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) practices to promote respect, responsibility and emotional regulation is essential.

Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.
