Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards.
  • Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies and set prices.
  • Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services.
  • Sell goods and services to customers and provide product advice.
  • Maintain accurate stock and financial records.
  • Undertake budgeting for the retail store.
  • Manage selection, training, and supervision of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Experience in retail operations within a multicultural customer environment.
  • Ability to implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
