Trades Scheduler – Electrical & Air Conditioning Services
Mansfield 4122, Brisbane | Full-Time | Onsite Only = MON- THU & FRI 8 - 2

Spanos ElectriCool is on the lookout for an experienced Trades Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and knows Brisbane suburbs like the back of their hand.

*This is not a junior/admin role – we need a proven, confident scheduler ready to hit the ground running.

About the Role

You'll be the central hub of our operations – managing the day-to-day scheduling of our electricians, ordering and following up on parts, keeping clients in the loop, and ensuring no job slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

  • Scheduling and dispatching electricians efficiently across Brisbane

  • Coordinating job bookings, updates, and completions using job management software (e.g. ServiceM8)

  • Following up on quotes, parts, materials, and suppliers

  • Keeping job records and schedules accurate and up-to-date

  • Supporting the team with general office administration as needed

Must-Haves:

  1. Proven experience in scheduling or dispatching in the trades or service industry (min 1 year)

  2. Touch typing speed of 50 WPM and strong computer literacy

  3. Proficient with job management software (ServiceM8, Simpro, AroFlo, etc.)

  4. Excellent local knowledge of Brisbane suburbs (without reliance on google)

  5. Live within 25km of Mansfield – this is an onsite role only
