Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an energetic, engaging, and food-knowledgeable professional to fill a crucial role in our customer relations and merchandising department. This position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with retail partners while ensuring our products are optimally presented to consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Order Management:
- Conduct regular visits to our retail partners
- Utilize online ordering systems to efficiently process and manage customer orders
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions
- Product Merchandising:
- Ensure professional and attractive presentation of PETH products in retail locations
- Implement and maintain merchandising standards across all partner stores
- Identify opportunities for improved product placement and visibility
- Customer Engagement:
- Serve as a brand ambassador, educating customers about our product range and sourcing practices
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in specialty food retail or related customer-facing roles
Proficiency in using online ordering tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Clear police check (required for all employees)
Comprehensive knowledge of Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas
Employment Details:
Part-time position: 20 hours per week with potential for full-time transition
Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure
