Consolidated is a progressive engineering, plastics and products designer, manufacturer and supplier based out of a brand-new state-of-the-art facility in Paget, Mackay.  Our well-established business is entering and exciting growth phase in our 30-plus year history and we are seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join our friendly team.

We are seeking a Receptionist/Accounts Payable for a full time role based at our Paget office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receptionist duties
  • Accounts payable duties
  • Basic counter sales of plastics products (training provided)
  • Handling, receipt, and reconciliation of cash/EFTPOS payments
  • Compliance with OHS requirements/policies
  • Other general office/administrative duties as required

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Experience preferred in a customer facing role
  • Experience preferred in accounts payable process
  • Experience preferred in general administration
  • Enthusiastic and mature minded
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Formal administrative qualifications and experience in the manufacturing sector highly regarded
