Competitive Compensation

Assistant Tutors earn a competitive hourly rate with clear pathways for progression into primary tutor roles and senior positions, offering higher pay and greater responsibility. For secondary tutoring, 1-on-1 consults, proofreading, and text-based support, the rate is $30 per hour (plus Super)—so whether you're supporting students in class or working from home answering questions, you'll be paid for every hour you contribute. Plus, you'll enjoy great perks like paid subscriptions to Netflix, Spotify, Apple Music, Uber One, Amazon Prime, and more.

Academic Requirements 
40+ Raw Study Score in VCE Maths Methods and/or VCE Specialist Maths
First Year Uni Maths/Engineering/Physics Knowledge or Above
Tutoring Experience in VCE Maths Methods and/or VCE Specialist Maths
Academic Awards in Maths

NOTE: These are not hard-fast academic requirements; however, they are favourable to your application.

Other Requirements

Full Academic Year Commitment (e.g. no overseas exchange trips for 8 weeks)
Sign an NDA (e.g. can't distribute our resources/organisation info to others)
Agree to a non-compete clause (e.g. you can't tutor student groups or with other organisations)
Ability to Commit to Weekly Classes (e.g. can't constantly reschedule or miss classes)
Travel to our Campuses (e.g. Glen Waverley, CBD, Box Hill, Narre Warren or Point Cook)
Genuine Desire to Motivate Students (e.g. your primary goal is to help students achieve their potential, like us)
Past VCE Graduate (students learn best from those who once were in their shoes)
