Your Role: As a Membership Consultant, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer service operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Performing reception and administrative duties.
• Delivering top-notch customer service.
• Engaging in local marketing activities.
• Adhering to our proven sales processes and guidelines.
• Implementing exciting monthly marketing promotions.
• Motivating and inspiring women to embark on their fitness journeys.
• Attending regular national training sessions to enhance your skills.

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated woman with prior sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen learner who loves personal and professional growth.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Someone who thrives on challenges and brings a fun energy to their work.
• Goal-oriented and eager to achieve and exceed targets.
• Must be able to work Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon/evenings.

Pay: $31.50 – $36.00 per hour
