In Melbourne, our team manages the Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) Program, supporting various aviation sectors including resources, humanitarian, oil & gas, insurance, and energy. With over 1500 audits conducted in 45 countries, we continue to enhance safety and efficiency across the industry.

About the Opportunity:

As our new Audit Services Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative, data, and logistical support for the globally recognised BARS Program audit functions.

This entry-level role offers the perfect opportunity to build a career in aviation safety while supporting critical audit operations that ensure safety standards worldwide.

You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate audit registries and operator databases
  • Support audit scheduling, documentation, and logistics coordination
  • Prepare routine reports and data extracts for management review
  • Provide first-line support for enquiries from operators and audit companies
  • Process and file audit documentation in line with program requirements
  • Assist with presentations and standardised reporting for audit review meetings

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, compliance, or data management
  • You are an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to start or develop your career in aviation safety
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Prior exposure to aviation, auditing, or regulated environments desirable but not essential
