About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator/ Insurance Loss Adjuster to join our quality driven team.

This is a full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday – no weekends), offering job security and the chance to work in a supportive team environment with all the latest tools and technology.

If you've worked as an Estimator or come from the workshop floor with quoting experience – we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-level customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with company/insurer guidelines and targets.
  • Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required.
  • Conduct vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts procurement for repairs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely authorisation of additional repairs.
  • Ensure all repairs meet pre-accident condition standards.
  • Deliver completed vehicles back to customers with care and professionalism.
