About this opportunity:

We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Barista to join our world-class Event Delivery team. You will be the face of our venue, working within our bustling Café at the entrance of our Convention Centre.

You will play a key role in the delivery of our extraordinary experiences, working in a fast-paced environment while delivering 5-star service, and delicious coffee You will:

• Work as a Barista within the Café, preparing coffee orders in a timely manner.
• Deliver 5-star service, greeting and serving our guests and clients and representing the ICC brand.
• Assist the retail team in taking orders using the POS system, restocking of fridges and serving Food & Beverage offerings.
• Ensuring the Café and surrounding areas are tidy and stock is replenished throughout the day.
• Completing open and close shifts, including maintenance of the coffee machine and general maintenance of the Café and area.
• Create positive and ongoing relationships with post internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Barista, qualification/certification desirable.
• Working knowledge of the industry along with a passion for Hospitality.
• Availability to work the hours of 6:30am to 3pm across a 7-day roster
• Immaculate personal presentation & grooming.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for turning the ordinary into Extraordinary.
