Fabricator / Welder

We are seeking skilled Fabricator/Welders to join our fabrication team in a full-time permanent capacity at out Bassendean fabrication facility.

About the Role

• Proven experience in fabrication & welding to AS/NZS 1554 parts 1, 6, and/or AS/NZS 3992 in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to weld with Solid and metal cored wires.
• Strong ability to independently read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Safety first attitude with a strong ability in maintaining a safe work culture and clean work environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working within a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Overhead crane operation.
• Day and afternoon shift available.

About You:

We are looking for proactive and results-driven people with:

• A strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and efficient with a sound work ethic and initiative.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related discipline is desirable.
• Current forklift licence desirable.
• Current senior first aid desirable.
• Valid C Class driver's license and ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing.
• Must have Australian work rights.
