As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process. You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks. You will operate and maintain equipment to meet our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability and Morale targets.

You're key responsibilities include;

  • Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards.
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards.
  • Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment.
  • Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Use of SAP and other online computer systems.
  • Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager.
  • Potential opportunity to work in Warehousing.

More About This Role

  • Part Time role - 40 hours per fortnight.
  • Multiple roles available.
  • This role is on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night.
