About the role

We are searching for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist/Workshop Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at Eric Brown Motors' in Goulburn, NSW. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service, coordinating the workshop, and supporting the overall operations of our busy automotive Workshop.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and on the phone
2. Efficiently managing the workshop booking system and scheduling appointments
3. Liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs
4. Handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and providing updates on the status of their vehicles
5. Ordering parts and supplies as needed to support the workshop operations
6. Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
4. Proficient in the use of office equipment and computer software, including scheduling and invoicing systems
5. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude, with a genuine interest in the automotive industry
6. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
