Hair Den in the heart of Marrickville is a salon dedicated to all things hair. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. We are a bunch of Creative Artists and one big happy family because we work with your strengths. You can only truly be great and be at your creative peak in an environment that allows you to be the best version of yourself. This is a part-time leading to full time position.

Renowned for our exceptional colour work, extensions and customer service. We just love what we do. We are a Keune Diamond salon, a Seamless1 Extension flagship salon and Kerastase salon. We can offer you a great clientele, stability and high pay rewards in a creative environment where you can grow.

Are you loyal and dedicated to your craft? Is colour your passion? We want a team member that is highly skilled in creative seamless colour and has the ability to deliver and apply your skills to achieving our guests hair goals.

At Hair Den you can rekindle that passion that lead you to this industry by being rewarded everyday by delivering beautiful hair by appreciative guest's and most importantly by us We are a smoothly run, very organized salon which allows you to focus on what you do best.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional hairdresser, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• If you are trained in extensions that is a bonus.
• Strong technical skills in advanced colouring techniques including balayage, highlights, lowlights, and colour correction, plus precision cutting and styling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
• A passion for the hair industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
• A friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Relevant qualifications in hairdressing
• Current working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
