Agru Australia is a leading supplier of high-quality thermoplastic piping systems, fittings, and custom fabrications for the water, mining, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Polywelder / Fabricator to join our Kwinana team on a casual basis, assisting with the fabrication of HDPE pipe spools and assemblies in our busy workshop.

About the Role:

You will work alongside our skilled fabrication team producing high-quality HDPE pipe spools to meet project specifications. This role is hands-on and suited to someone with a strong background in plastic welding and workshop fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld HDPE pipe spools, fittings, and manifolds
  • Operate butt fusion and electrofusion welding machines
  • Read and interpret drawings and fabrication plans
  • Assist with workshop setup, materials handling, and general duties
  • Maintain safe and tidy work practices in accordance with company procedures

About You:

  • Proven experience in HDPE polywelding / fabrication
  • Workshop experience preferred (field experience also valued)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a small team
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
