Your Role

• Work across both civil and structural disciplines
• Collaborate with Senior Designers and Engineers
• Contribute to meaningful projects that shape communities
• Grow within a respectful, achievement-driven culture

Skills and Experience

• Have completed or are close to finishing a TAFE course in drafting or engineering design, and ideally have 2–4 years of industry experience
• Experience using MicroStation or AutoCAD to produce clear, accurate drawings
• Enjoy working in a friendly, collaborative team and have a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving
• A good listener, a clear communicator, and a reliable team player
• Keen to keep learning—whether it's through training, networking, or growing your technical and professional skills
