Safety Labourer

We're seeking a passionate and motivated Safety Labourer to support our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to establish or further their career in the construction and safety sector.

As a Safety Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting site safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting in the maintenance of a safe working environment for all team members. Your contribution will be key to the smooth operation of daily activities and the prevention of workplace incidents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of safety measures on-site.
• Providing support to the safety team in identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the site to uphold safety standards.
• Supporting the movement and handling of materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Acting as a positive ambassador for workplace safety culture within the team.

• Minimum of Cert 4 in Work Health & Safety or related fields.
• Ability to manage employees and subcontractors with a safety-first approach.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
