BIG4 Rainbow Beach Holiday Park are seeking an enthusiastic management couple to join our team as Holiday Park Managers, helping us deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the park. This is a live-in position with accommodation included, making it the ideal role for couples ready to immerse themselves in the lifestyle of running a busy holiday park.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As Park Managers, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of BIG4 Rainbow Beach Holiday Park. This hands-on role includes:

  • Managing daily park operations across accommodation, reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Delivering a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Recruiting, leading, and supporting a small, dedicated team.
  • Maintaining a high standard of safety, compliance, and presentation throughout the park.
  • Overseeing budgets, revenue, and cost controls.
  • Managing assets, grounds, and park facilities.
  • Building strong relationships with local stakeholders, tourism bodies, and the BIG4 network.
  • Being available for on-call responsibilities as part of the roster.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in park, resort, or hospitality management.
  • Strong computer and administration skills (experience with NewBook or similar reservation systems highly regarded).
  • Practical skills in grounds, facilities, and general maintenance.
  • A strong focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Current Driver's Licence, Police Clearance, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package of $160,000 (combined) plus super contributions.
  • The salary package is inclusive of on-call responsibilities, but if operational requirements require additional on-call work, this allowance portion will increase accordingly.
