We're looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Store person to lead training initiatives at our Eastern Creek facility. This role is vital in ensuring our warehouse team operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is vital in ensuring our warehouse team operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You'll Do
- Proven experience in warehouse operations (dispatch and receiving preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, safety standards, and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train diverse teams and adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and digital documentation.
- Forklift license (mandatory).
Bonus Skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proactive in identifying training needs and process improvements.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
- Certificate or diploma in any field is a plus.
Certificate & Licenses
- Forklift license
- RF (Radio Frequency) scanner usage preferred.
- 5S methodology preferred.
- Training certificate preferred.
