What You'll Do

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations (dispatch and receiving preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, safety standards, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train diverse teams and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) scanners and digital documentation.
  • Forklift license (mandatory).

Bonus Skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactive in identifying training needs and process improvements.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Certificate or diploma in any field is a plus.

Certificate & Licenses

  • Forklift license
  • RF (Radio Frequency) scanner usage preferred.
  • 5S methodology preferred.
  • Training certificate preferred.
