We're a busy, well-established metal roofing company based on the Sunshine Coast — and we're growing fast H&L has been delivering top-quality metal roofing and cladding services for over 15 years, with a strong reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and exceptional service. We work on a wide range of projects from Hervey Bay to the Gold Coast, including residential homes, commercial builds, industrial sites, and aged care facilities.

We have maintenance positions also available for seasoned pros looking to do smaller jobs, repairs and flashings.

With plenty of work on the books and more rolling in, we're looking for a skilled and experienced metal roofers commercial and residential to join our crew. Whether you're a seasoned pro or ready to step up into a crew leader role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need:


• At least 5 years' experience in commercial metal roofing


• Solid understanding of residential and commercial installs


• Valid White Card


• Working at Heights certification


• EWP ticket over 11m + EWP ticket under 11m


• Own tools, transport, and driver's licence


• A reliable work ethic and ability to work solo or in a team

  • Ability to liase with onsite foreman and come up with solutions to problems
  • Experienced roofing labourers will be considered
