Role Purpose

To provide administrative, scheduling and customer service support so the operations team can run smoothly. You will work closely with our Operations Manager, who has over 32 years of experience and will provide hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and manage customer enquiries

Book jobs, manage technician schedules and update daily calendars

Update and maintain Simpro job cards and records

Send quotes, invoices and follow-up communication

Manage emails and assist with customer service

Organise compliance documents and internal records

Support the GM and Operations Manager with day-to-day workflow

Assist with basic office tasks and general admin duties

Skills and Experience Needed

Admin experience within a trade or service-based business

Simpro experience or confidence learning job management software

High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

Confident communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks

Reliable, consistent and comfortable working from home

Someone who fits well in a family-first, no-drama team environment

Hours and Location

Part time, school-friendly hours

Work from home once trained

Occasional on-site training at Brisbane south side

Future Growth

This position can/will transition into a full time role as workload increases.
