About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, providing an exceptional experience for every Mercedes-Benz guest. You'll coordinate vehicle servicing, communicate technical information clearly, and ensure our customers receive the premium service expected from the world's most iconic automotive brand.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Welcome and engage with customers, creating a genuine, professional experience
  • Manage service bookings and follow-up communications
  • Liaise with workshop and parts teams to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Provide accurate advice, estimates and updates to clients
  • Deliver a seamless, luxury-level service experience from start to finish

About You

You're a confident, customer-focused professional who thrives in a high-performing team. You'll bring:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (premium or volume brand)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A current driver's licence
